Training options
One-on-One Personal Training
One-on-one is an outstanding option for those new to strength training or anyone who wants more direction. These sessions allow the coach to focus entirely on you with more individualized progressions and technique coaching.
Best for: Beginners, people with injury history, and people looking for high accountability, and private focus.
Semi-Private Personal Training (Up to 4)
Semi-private is great for people who love being around others and already have a basic understanding of the main movement patterns (hinge, squat, push, pull). Small groups are fun because they build friendships and accountability. We can still individualize within semi-private, just not as much as one-on-one.
Best for: People wanting the accountability and energy of a group, while still getting real coaching.

Our philosophy was created after our experience with powerlifting and kettlebell training. We believe in training your body the same way you live. We use basic compound movements that get your whole body working as a complete system. The more muscles in use, equals the higher the chance for progress. The RKC and FMS taught us how to help trouble shoot weak links, and apply a system of progression to avoid injury and help ensure success.
